Clause 38 of Listing Agreement

Hi...

The Company has paid the Annual Listing fees on 15.04.2010 as per the paid up capital of the Company as at 31.03.2010.

Now, as per Clause 38 of the Listing Agreement read with Schedule III thereto, regarding the computation of additional Listing fees to be paid with the application for listing of additional securities issued, what will be the additional Listing fees in the following cases:

1.  Additional Equity shares aggregating to Rs.2 Crores issued?

2. Additional Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 7 Crores issued?

If the additonal Equity shares issued are aggregating to less than Rs. 1Crores, whether no additional Listing fees is to be paid?????
