One of our group company is a LISTED Company. As per clause 35 we have faxed the shareholding patter to BSE and NSE. Are there any other formality to be compiled with stock exchanges for intimation ofthe shareholding pattern of the COmpany.?
Kindly reply atthe earliest as this is a bit urgent.

I would suggest also send the hard copy of shareholding pattern because they have not mentioned in the listing agreement that this can be send through fax also.
I would also suggest to send hard copy of the Shareholding Pattern within 21 days of the end of Quarter and keep the proof of the same for your records.

And what about the Corp filing, is it mandatory for all the companies (listed)?
