Clarification regarding icwa exemption under syllabus 2016

Hi friends, I have one more doubt regarding under 2016 syllabus Group wise exemption. I am already appeared under dec 2012 exam term on Dec 2016 and missed my roll number after that next term not appeared, and now going appear last term Dec 2017 under 2012 syllabus. Already cleared Group 1 - Completed under 2008 syllabus, shall i get exemption under Syllabus 2016 or not? For better clarification files attached for your reference, Refer Case 3

Hi Sathish, As per notification Ref. No: DOS/OB/09-01l2016-17 dated 22-Sep-2016 Annexure 1 your query is answered in (case 1). Which says if Enrolled in 2008 and completed G1 under 2008 syllabus you need to appear in 2016. Since you've one last attempt under 2012 syllabus, attempt for it. From 2018 June you anyways have to go with 2016 Syllabus. As you have already appeared in 2012 Syllabus, Case 3 doesn't apply to you. Hope this helps. All the very best for your upcoming exams.
