Sir, it was stated that the companies act 2013 is applicable for november 2014 ipcc exams; but today when i downloaded law study material and practice manual applicable for nov2014 ipcc from institute website, i noticed that the material contains companies act 1956 and this put me in a confused and tensed dilemma as to which act is applicable for the nov2014 attempt. the downloaded copy of study material is attached here.
Please clearly explain me why the study material and practice manual of ipcc relevant for nov2014 contains companies act 1956 if 2013 is applicable for the attempt??
