clarification in gst registration

Hi, Can you please help from which option you have replied for clarification .

me not able to find any option where i can reply for clarification 

(i have to provide Rent Agreement and IFSC code to them)

SAME PROBLEM ALREADY 10 DAYS OVER IT IS SHOWING PENDING FOR ORDER WHOM TO CONTACT

My application is showing pending for clarification. Where is the reply option? I can see any options. Can you help me with a screenshot?

In My case also it is showing as pending for clarification, where to give reply
