Clarification

Buddies, I would like to know whether a Private Limited Company with Rs.2 Crore paid-up Capital and has to file e-Form 66, has not filed 66 and e-Form 23 AC & ACA has been filed. Is it possible to file without filing e-Form 66 ? To my knowledge e-Form 23 AC & ACA will not accept without Form 66 SRN. Please clarify.
