How to claim income tax refund of a deceased assessee whose bank account is closed, mobile number surrendered and Aadhar card also cancelled? His income tax account is still active and PAN not cancelled.

The link you provided guides for filing income tax return. in this particular case the assessee had filed his returns when alive till AY 2022-2023. His earlier years refunds are not received. What procedure legal heir to follow for claiming those refunds under the circumstances described earlier?

Register as legal heir and follow up offline for refund reprocess with the AR's bank details.
