We know that to apply for revocation of cancelled registration, we have to file all the pending returns. so kindly let me know, whether we can avail the ITC during the period of filing pending returns, if the registration is cancelled?

If the time prescribed under law for claiming ITC is expired, you won't get ITC. this is anamoly for which representation is required
Agree with Mr.Kishor Lulla.If the time limit for claiming ITC is expired,you cannot avail the same while filing pending returns.
