is there any clause that if application is made for CA final exam both group, but giving only one group, then exemption cannot be claimed?
is we have to sit for both group to claim exemption ?

No... Only group wise... For claiming exemption u hv to appear in that group all papers... Like for FR u hv to appear all 4 papers in first group... That's it
No such clause there. All papers of Group in which you want to claim exemption is compulsory not both group.
you have to appear all papers of that group which has paper in which you want to claim exemption
