Claiming lta while filing return for ay 15-16

Hi,

Friends, need your help. I am a salaried employee and went on a vacation during March, 2015. Since I to declare all my claims to the company by jan, i could not claim LTA with the company. So what i want to know is if I can claim while filing the returns. Some websites like cleartax says you cannot claim LTA while filing returns while other say you can. i dont understand why I cannot claim this as LTA is a standard exemption provided by IT dept to salaried class and hence even if you could not claim it from the company, there should be a way to claim it while filing the returns.So pls guide if there is a way to claim LTA and which form needs to be filled. My income is from salary and some FD's and saving bank interest.
