Claim for ITC on Laptop

I have purchased a Laptop for my business . Can I claim the Tax paid
as ITC for September 2020?

As per the Provision of Section 16(1) of the CGST Act 2017, ITC on Inputs, Input Services and Capital Goods used in the course or furtherance of business can be claimed provided that it is not Blocked under Section 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
