Citi bank - axis bank case

Assessee has filled return with refund Rs 30,000 but account for refund was Citi Bank account which is now Axis, issue is account number is same but ifsc code is now changed, what Solution now??

Add the details as per new bank account under your profile & validate it.

Mostly that will take care of direct credit.

Sir new details added but refund is not yet credited they are sending mail for refund reissue request but nothing is mentioned on reissue request tab it is just showing "no failure of refund".
note: new bank is validated and showing eligible for refund but evc is yet not enabled is that makes any difference.

Wait for some time, It will get credited automatically.

If you get 'refund reissue' tab open, then only you reply, otherwise wait for it.
