its good if you quote.. because it actually adds value to your answers... so if u know the exact one... then u must quote... but b aware dont quote sections if u have a lil bit doubt or confusion

Section numbers are very important.
Case laws if u can learn all then gr8 otherwise important ones.
There is no negative marking but suppose your theory is completely right without sections and case laws u will on an average get 15 percent lower marks than someone who mentions both sections and case laws.
