Quick Summary
If you've filed a CIT(A) Form 35 appeal but forgot to include the statement of facts and grounds of appeal, don't worry. Several options are available to rectify this. You might be able to submit the missing documents directly to the CIT(A) office, potentially avoiding the need to file a new appeal and incur additional fees. Alternatively, filing a new appeal or using the 'follow-up reply' function are also discussed as potential solutions.
Is it going under faceless? it may be possible to deliver the missed documents to the office of cit(a). in that case you could avoid filing new appeal. in new appeal the fees might be payable again
