CIT(A) form 35
when we filed an CIT(A) we forgot to enclosed the statement of facts and grounds of appeal. So, plz tell me how to proceed in this case. Thanks in advance.

We cannot revised the form 35.
File it with follow up reply, no need to revise form 35.
File a new appeal
Is it going under faceless?
it may be possible to deliver the missed documents to the office of cit(a).
in that case you could avoid filing new appeal.
