the word "aggregate turnover" in sec 10 ie composition scheme include "export". hie is this practically possible. ?

No...

Composition dealer can't make Inter State Supply. So, No way for aggregate turn over calculations with Export or Inter State supply

Yes as per section 10 (2) CGST Act
[c] he is not engaged in making any inter-State outward supplies of goods;
