Cost include insurance & Freight
This is not fixed contract with CIF Agent, this is depend upon of value of consignment to consignment ( cost of Frieght, Insurance and fee of clearerance)

Cost Include Insurance & Fright up to the Port. All expenses relating to Clearance and other may be extra.i.e up to the port .
CIF means cost(FOB)+insurance and freight
Freight may be port to port or port to CFS or CFS to CFS as may be
