I understand that we can claim tax exemption for childrens education Allowance of 100 per month per child
and
tuition fee in 80 c
but where in the tax website itr 1 form can I deduct the education allowance recieved from employer

You mean to say where's you fill Itr or download ITR for your employer

You have to deduct children education allowance in column ""allowances to the extent exempt u/s 10" drop down provided.
and Tution fee in Deduction u/s 80C in Deduction Column.
