 WHY  WHAT'S THE PROBLEM

I don't understand " What is your question"

do u mean by crossed cheques r wat?

A marked cheque is cheque that the bank on which it is drawn has marked 'good for payment.

Do you mean crossed cheque? If so, amount of a crossed cheque is not paid in cash over the counter, rather it is credited to the payee's account only. It will prevent fraudulant encashment in case it falls into a wrong hand.

if you hav banking ,law ,theory and practice written by prof. santhanam pls refer to that.. it has been given..
