I am a partner in a partnerhip firm in India. For the PY 2010-11 I was in India for 166 days and in 4 yrs precedeeing to PY 2010-11 I was in India for morethan 365 days. I am an indian citizen. Shall the Speial Cases for Citizen or Indian origin applicable to me or not? Plz reply the same its urgent

i think ur's is not a special case  since you have not left india for purpose of employment or as a crew of indian ship ,so accordingly if u were present for 60 days in p.y & 360 days in last 4 yrs u r a resident 

No, I had left india for the work of partnership firm.

so then accordingly u become a non resident since u r not in india for 182 days........

Hi.While iam sending articleship registration form to the institute..i forgot to enclose my ID card to be authorised by the institute. what shall i do now? can i send that id card now attached with request letter. please tell me as soon as possible..
