Can anybody provide me a check-list for issue of Preference Shares by a Private Ltd. Company?
Can we issue preference shares on a premium?
and whether the coupon rate is madatory?

Preference share can be issued at a premium.
The coupon rate is not mandatory, the company can keep any amount as face value.

How do i check which company has issued for preferential Share Capital
Dear you can check the company has issued Preferance share or not by just clicking on view public document and watch the anual return 20B and check out the attachment there you can find the schedule V where you can get the details of Capital.
