Is there any relation between a Company Secretary and a Chartered Secretary?
If yes, when does a Company Secretary become a Chartered Secretary?

they have proposed to change the name of profession from company secretary to chartered secretary.remember it has not been changed yet..
for india we call it Company Secretary
and in England it is chartered secretary
