While uploading documents with regards to renewal of 12A in Form 10A, i had inadvertently uploaded the vernacular Certificate from the Charity commissioner without a english translation. Does Form 10A allow a revision?

Thank you. Also does all the documents to be uploaded such as Trust Deed ,12A registration have to be self attested by the Trustees
Yes. each document has to be self-certified.
