We filed a charge delay by 330 days, do we need to get a report from Roc that need to be forward to clb.

A petition for condonation of delay needs to be filed under section 141 of the Companies Act with the Company Law Board.

The power for condonation of delay has been delegated to ROC. Circular from MCA Attached

No. Even in the past when petition was filed with CLB no such ROC report was required. U do not require any such report
