Charge
A charge has been created against two term loan and one Cash credit. Now, against that charge ; only one term loan stands to be paid in full and liquidated and remaining is still pending.My query is that do we need to file FORM CHG-1 OR FORM CHG-4 with MCA SITE regarding it??

It is creation of charge. There was need to create three charges but you have done only one. Therefore you have to file 2 more forms for creation of charge.
