We want to make multiple changes to the Private Limited Company as below with related questions.
1 - Change the Name of the Private Limited Company (The company still remains PVT LTD)
(a) Does MCA provide a new certificate of Incorporation with a new date when changing name ?
(b) Will the company get a new CIN number on changing name?
(c) On change of name only - do we need to again pay stamp duty and registration charges on any property (land and building) owned by the Private Limited Company?
2- Change the Registered Address from New Delhi to Rajasthan
(a) How quickly can this be done - What is typical professional fees to do this change? I am hearing this can take months to complete so trying to understand the reasons better.
3- Which of the two above should be done first or can both we started together?
