I would like to know that if original TAN is been allotted in Company’s name can the Category of deductor be change from company to branch of a company.

YOU SHOULD APPLY WITH NSDL FOR CORRECTION IN TAN DATA ALONG WITH THE SUITABLE PROOFS
Then what will be the TAN of the company's head office? So in your case mostly you will have to apply for fresh allotment of TAN.
