is it necessary to alter AOA and MOA for all types of companies pursuant to companies act 2013? should all formalities of alteration in moa and aoa be carried out like general meeting, passing of special resolutions and filing of the same? or by default it will be applicable?
experts, pls reply...
It is not necessary but advisable to adopt new set of MOA & AOA when the Company alter its MOA & AOA.
