Changes for the serices provided

In our company, we are selling online cards (B2B) and we bill them a fixed amount, regardless of number of transactions they make, and charge it in the name of Card Management Fee. My query is one of my customer is asking us to change the name in invoice as "AMC of the month of..." instead of "Card Management Fees for the month" will there be any statutory or Accounting implications, if i change as they ask ?
