Name of My Wife before marriage was Pooja Jindal, & after marriage it is Pooja Singhal. But the pan card is with old name. Shojd i file the return with old name or change pan no. & file retrun with new name?

You should apply for correction than file ITR ..proceure to follows - Download form 49A for correction and documents required - Her passbook with changed name and address , In case not available then U can get certified her name on simple paper by gazzeted officer ..
