Change of regd outside state related query

Hello,

For the purpose of Change of Regd Office of a Pvt Ltd Company from Goa to Maharashtra:

After holding the Board Meeting and the General Meeting, the first step is to file Form 23 w/n 30 days of Special Resolution, correct? Now, I want to ask what all has to be attached with this Form 23? One is the Explanatory Statement u/s 173. What else? Do we have to attach an altered Copy of MOA & AOA? Do MOA & AOA even have to be altered in such a case?
