Ccan a promoter (subscriber to the MAA) be changed or another promoter can be added to the existing promoters of an existing private limited Company. If so, what is procedure and what are the forms to be filed with ROC.

Yes old promoter can be removed by filing form 1a to roc.
For appointments of new promoter u need to obtain Noc from old promoters with regards to that they don't have any problem in appointment of new promoter.
And u need to form a application in form to roc stating new promoter of the company
At time of filing documents of incorporation with ROC, just attach NOC,in INC-7, taken from the existing promoter of the company that he does not have any objection if some other person instead of outgoing promoter will act as promoter of the company.
sir, can you provide specefic format of NOC, and in my case there is addition of promoter after filling of form INC-1 . thank you..
