Change of Name of LLP in TAN Application

Sir. Mumbai address is alloted TAN starting MUM whereas Pune address is alloted TAN starting PNE

In case of address change of llp from say Mumbai to Pune, your existing MUM TAN number cannot be updated to Pune address. You will have to apply for new TAN number for Pune. and let the existing MUM TAN continue to exist in inactive state. Alternatively, you can apply for deactivation to jurisdiction TDS AO.

First note both the address must be identical while applying for tan reference of pan must be given.
