Change of name

Hello!

U need to follow the complete procedure for conversion of PUblic Co. into Pvt Co, like conditions of Pvt co., taken shs approval file forms etc..........

Company has already converted into a Private Limited.

My query is can i file application for change of name so soon after such conversion?

I think u r asking after conversion of status from Public to private u r further changeing the Co's name, in respect to that i dont think that there is any such prohibition for that i Act.

And u can easliy go for change of name.
