How could I change the mobile no. of existing authorised signatory of a proprietorship firm in which the proprietor himself is the authorised signatory??
If I'm trying by the option "add new" then portal does not save the detail as it gives the mssg that this PAN and AADHAR no. already exists...

Go to non core amendments. Open promote tab, edit phone no. there and save by entering the otp recieved on your new mobile and registered email id. It will automatically pop up in authorised signatory tab. Post that submit the application for processing. Let me know if the issue still persists.

It's a NON CORE AMENDMENT...

If the Authorised Signatory is the same person who is also the Proprietor of the Business, then follow the given steps to change the Registered Mobile Number :

(a). Login to the GST common portal with your login credentials ( username and password ).

(b). Click the Registration Tab and Select "NON CORE AMENDMENT."

(c). Click on Promoter Tab.

(d). Click Edit under Actions.

(e). Update the new Mobile Number and then SAVE it. It will now automatically reflect the changes in Authorised Signatory tab also. Click on the Check Box to select the primary authorised signatory and save it.

(f). Go to the Verification Tab and verify it. The OTP will be coming to your newly added mobile number and registered E-mail id if you verify it using EVC mode.

The Mobile Number is updated successfully with the GST common portal.
On GST portal, Go on Registration tab
then click on Non Core amendment , edit and put new mobile no.
Otp will come on new mobile no. and submit it, your no. is update now
