Change of ion of tax regime

Sir,if an emploee adopts new tax regime for financial year 2023-24,can he adopt old tax regime in financial year 2024-25 again

Yes he can if there is no business income.

As from your query , I understood that you are salaried person and filing ITR-1, in that case you can change scheme.

No not two tax regime in the same year.

He is not opting two regime in one year , he just shifter from one tax regime to other one in new financial year.
