Change of information in appln form.

I mistakenly entered a wrong DOB while filling my Foundation registration form. To change that, I went to the Chennai Icai Bhavan and gave a written letter along with attested copies of my documents as a proof of my dob and i requested them to change my dob. I was told that the change will be done in a couple or 3 weeks. It has been more than 3 weeks but there is no change of dob in my ICAI account. What should i do? someone help me with this.
