I am a resident of Odisha but my IT ward shows it Dhanbad instead of Bhubaneswar.
How can I change it from Dhanbad to Bhubaneswar ?

Write a letter to your Dhanbad Assessing Officer regarding migration of your PAN from Dhanbad to Bhubaneswar.
can i apply this migration online from efiling portal ?
No you have to file a letter to your AO and it will be better for you to approach him face to face so that AO will migrate your PAN

I have salary income n 2 house property ( 1 for residents n other for let out) in F.y 17-18.

ITR 2
It means ITR-1 is for only 1 house property whether it is Self occupied or let out
ITR 1 is only for salary purpose
