change of financial year

The First financial year of the Company in decided in the First Board meeting of the Company. Gerenally starting from the date of incorporation of the Company upto 31st March of the next year.

In my opinion by passing a Board resolution we can change the Financial Year of the Company.

Plz Also consider the Reason of change in Financial year.
