Hi,
There is withdrawal of nominee Director on 28th which is noted in Board meeting on 30 and appointed same person as Independent Director.
question:
1. we need to file two forms DIR 12 resignation and appointment or
2. one DIR 12 for change in designation as nominee to independent director
please express your opinion.
