A private Ltd company is not completed its statutory audit for the FY 2009-10 and also not completed the tax audit. The auditor is not supporting the company in closing the audit.
Now the company wants to change the auditor for the FY 2009-10 and complete the audit.
Whether the company can change the auditor at this stage.?
If yes please tell me the procedure for that.

I think ur case would fall under sec 224(7) which specifies the provision for removal of auditor. U have to take CG approval which i guess is delegated to RD. U cant remove the auditor in BM or in a GM
