Yes you can submit ST1 with details of changes required and submit your ST1 on line. print a copy of the application and submit the same to your Supretendent

But my doubt is how to submit in online,when we dont have online login and password given by ACES at the time of registration.

you have to first of all take TPIN number from your service tax suprintendant

change the details.

Take Print out and signed it

In my opinion  you  should  try by creating  new user Account and then login

and go for this link https://www.aces.gov.in/STASE/ui/jsp/common/unblockAssessee.do

This link require to use registration no.   

This might your help to change details then if you success then take print put of such changes and submitted to your

supretendent with supporting documentation under seal.

If you dont get sucess in this process then TPIN number will definitely allow you to change in details.

TPIN number will be provided by department itself.

You Please get the T PIN Number from your jurisdictional Service Tax Officer, and get access to your user ID and modify the same. Remember You need to submit the proof of New address and E filing acknowledgement of Modification request to STO within 7 days. For Format of Application for TPIN mail me on ravi @ ssrca.com
