Huf deed is misplaced. What documents will be required to change address ? Copy of pan card and bank passbook is available. bank passbook has old address.
you can file application before jurisdictional ao for change of address. before that change your address in bank passbook with the help of present address of karta.
I was thinking of applying at tin nsdl or uti for change in pan card details. Why will jurisdictional AO approve my offline request when proper channels are already in place ? Any thought on how I can get duplicate huf deed ? Any other proofs that would work ?
since you have pan no of huf, I think there's no requirement of HUF deed however you need to submit the address of karta of huf and even address proof of individual who is karta of huf , is sufficient enough.
even for correction in pan data the entire process of documentation as applicable for a new pan applies. if you have misplaced the original one get a certified copy duly notarized.
