Please provide list of documents for change of address in GST Registration for partnership firm

Rental agreement and Electricity bill of the changed premises
Trade license, Municipal khata,electricity bill. Rent agreement in case of rented property however if rent agreement not available then NOC letter from owner of the premises.
Rent agreement. Building tax receipt, electricity bill
Rent bill along with NOC from landlord are sufficient proof for change of address in case no rental agreement. What is time limit for intimation to GST deptt for change of address
