Yes, I agree with view of gvgr7 sir. You need to write a letter to ICAI indicating the change in your address.
you have to write an application,if you are registered with eastern office,than you have to address it to senior deputy secretary,else ask regional office.
after almost a month you will get confirmation letter regarding change of address
