could u please tell me what is the legal procedure in case of change of address under income tax act,
because previously i was living in kalkaji now i am shifted in this year in Dilshan Garden .

You can fill the form Request for correction in PAN data,with this you will get your address changed in the Income tax Department

Any change in particulars given for applying for PAN, which undergoes a change subsequently or is wrongly given or wrongly printed can be changed by giving the correct particulars in a correction form.
