Please let me know the procedure for changing the financial year different from the F.Y. usually followed in India. Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013

I want to know that it was mentioned in the link that we need to alter the articles of the company for changing the financial yeat .. so i have a doubt that whether there is any clause related to financial year in the AOA of the company

Yes, there can be a clause for it.

You may refer Infosys company AOA.

Is it necessary for all the companies to alter their Articles or this step is compulsory for the companies having financial year clause in AOA?

Since the financial year would be different from the standard one, hence I think it should be mentioned in the AOA.

What are the answers being given here....

To know the process to change the Financial year, read Rule 40 of companies (incorporation) Rules.

Financial year is no where been mentioned in AOA.
