Change in the financial year of the company
Please let me know the procedure for changing the financial year different from the F.Y. usually followed in India. Section 2(41) of the Companies Act 2013

Thank you . But I still have few doubts .
I want to know that it was mentioned in the link that we need to alter the articles of the company for changing the financial yeat .. so i have a doubt that whether there is any clause related to financial year in the AOA of the company
Is it necessary for all the companies to alter their Articles or this step is compulsory for the companies having financial year clause in AOA?
