Change in place of supply

E Way Bill cannot be cancelled after 24 hours...

Issue a Credit Note favoring the first recepient ..Issue a new Invoice for the new destination and new eway bill with the  despatch location( Current place of goods0 ;if the good have already been dispatched...

We can modify an e- way biil if there is a change in the Transporter or Vehicle but place of supply cannot be modified ...

Whether the change in place of supply will change the GST from IGST to SGST/CGST or vice-a-versa. 

If the above is not the case then you do not want to cancel the bill because it is in transit, you can edit the bill manually in Form GSTR 1 at the time of return filing.
