Change in Partners profit sharing ratio.

Is the submission has to be online or We have to submit it to the ROF by visiting? 

Yes initial registration was done online. 

On ROF website?? and if on ROF website then which form i need to submit to upload an amended partnership deed??

Thank you so much for your help @ eswar and CA Rashmi Gandhi.But i have one more question, I already ammend the partnership deed but i have a question where i upload that deed. Can any of you tell the exact which form i need to fill for uploading the ammended partnership deed. On ROF website i cant find any of the forms regarding amending partner's deed.
