Please help.
A person has a DIN approved in 2010. But he never used that DIN number.
Now he is using that DIN and on verifying the DIN details on MCA site a error is coming that there is a mismatch with your PAN details. (Name & Father's name mismatch with PAN details)
My question is that, which form should be filed for correcting the mismatch.
DIR 6 or DIN 4....
First of all there is no need to varify teh details. teh director can use such DIN without any intertvention by the law.
Second thing if you want to change the particulaars use DIR-6, FILL THE DETAILS AND UPLOAD with MCA Site. Once the DIN is approved by the DIN Cell, teh changes will be shown and on verification, no error will come.
