Change in name and cop

CHANGE IN THE NAME OF MEMBER

A member may change his name on fulfilling the following requirements:

In case of Female Members

Application for name change along with a copy of marriage invitation card, or attested copy of marriage registration certificate or an affidavit duly sworn in before a first class Magistrate / Notary Public as the case may be.

In case of Other Members

Attested copy of notification in Gazette or original copy of advertisement in a leading Newspaper for such change of name or attested copy of affidavit, for the change of name, duly sworn in before the First Class Magistrate / Notary Public as the case maybe.

On the application of the concerned member and on satisfaction of the above condition the Institute will issue a letter of change to the member.
